This gives you much more control over utilisation and empty states, performance data and troubleshooting processes.

The dashboard helps you keep track of all relevant information and appliance statuses transparently and in real time. View the workload and frequency of use of your appliances on the dashboard.
You can further customize the dashboard to your individual needs. This allows you to personalize and freely arrange widgets on the page. This way, you and your team will see all work-relevant information you need and can react faster, safer and more precisely in your everyday business.
With Miele MOVE, you can view all important machine information live any time, any place – including performance and programme data, capacity levels and usage rates. As a result, all those responsible are aware of how much machines are being used and can identify areas of action.
You and your team can instantly see which machines are being used and how frequently, when a programme is due to end, or whether a service technician is needed. As such, you can track valid machine and programme data at any time and more easily identify trends for future capacity planning. This saves unnecessary trips and helps to generate accurate reports.
Smart machine networking
Miele MOVE is independent of the end device. The Miele Portal can be used from desktop PCs, tablets and smartphones and will connect you with all network-ready Miele Professional machines in future.
Miele MOVE notifies you automatically via smartphone, tablet or desktop PC of current events. You and your team will always have up-to-date information about the operation of your machines and can respond more quickly to specific events, such as when faults occur or a machine reaches the end of its programme.

Automatic documentation
Miele MOVE monitors the performance data of networked Miele Professional machines and provides valuable information about service life and utilisation. This gives you an overview of all key information so you can make better predictions of future capacity.
The Miele Portal logs, archives and exports relevant operating data. Miele MOVE also saves process data about completed programmes and prepares easy-to-understand process curves for a visual analysis of operating data – both live and historically. This means you can view all processes, obtain support in complying with hygiene regulations and verify over the long term that special programmes have been completed successfully.
With a single click, you can download your programme data as a PDF or Excel file for further use in your own documentation.
Resolve faults quickly
Miele MOVE automatically informs its users if a fault is present. Forward the detailed fault messages directly to the service partner via Miele MOVE.
The service team will immediately have all the relevant machine information to hand so they can initiate maintenance and repair processes more quickly.
Simple user management
Settings, machine names and different user roles can be customised for individual employees and requirements. This allows your team to maintain an overview and access relevant data independently, while you make sure that all employees receive the right information.
Miele MOVE allows you to assign different user roles so that all users can focus on the functions that are relevant to their working process. Select from the roles of User, Engineer and Administrator.
Admin
As the administrator in a company, you can access all of the same functions as a user and an engineer. You also have the rights required to manage the company profile and the users of your company: You can edit company data, manage your subscription and invite or delete users or change their roles.Engineer
As the engineer in a company, you can access all of the same functions as a user. You can also manage machines: you can connect new machines and rename, configure and delete them.User As the user in a company, you can view the status of all connected machines and access data and trends. You can receive notifications, use the Dashboard and contact the Customer Service Department.
Efficient self-help area
The Miele Portal is directly connected to Miele Professional Customer Service. As soon as you forward the relevant information to the respective experts, the service team can evaluate it immediately and, for example, bring suitable spare parts directly.
